Hosting and access data
This website is hosted on a server in Switzerland. When you visit it, the server stores technical data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in log files. We need them for secure operation and delete them regularly.
No cookies, no tracking
We set no cookies and use no analytics services.
Contact form
When you send the form, our own form service on the server of this website in Switzerland processes your details and delivers them to our mailbox: email address, phone number, message and, if provided, first name, last name, postcode, location, number of units and pictures. We use the details only to answer your enquiry. The enquiry and the pictures remain stored on the server for 90 days and are then deleted. After sending, you receive an automatic confirmation email. By ticking the box next to the phone field you allow us to call you about your enquiry.
Our mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry.
Phone voice assistant and chat
The voice assistant on the phone and the chat on this website are operated by the provider newo.ai and answer automatically (AI). The chat script is loaded on every page of this website. Calls to +41 31 539 40 08 are first answered by the voice assistant; a call back from us is possible at any time. Calls and chats are processed by newo.ai so that we can handle your request. Where newo.ai stores the data and for how long is currently being clarified with the provider and will be added here.
Links to other websites
We link to a few other websites: our reference business, our sister project and sources. Their operators are responsible for their content and data protection.
