Repairs, without the calls
A repair reserve of CHF 1,000 is held for your apartment. Scala fixes anything up to that amount and shows it on your statement; the reserve is topped up from the next payout. Only a repair above CHF 1,000 gets one message to you: yes or no.
Direct bookings pay you more
Every stay booked through our own website carries no platform commission. We push repeat guests there; each such booking adds about 15% to your payout.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
20% of what guests pay for the nights, plus VAT on the fee. Booking-platform commissions are passed through at cost. Plus a one-time setup per apartment. There is no monthly base fee.
What if my property is not booked?
Then you pay no recurring fee.
Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. We keep a shared calendar in which you enter your own stays.
Who does the cleaning?
We organise the cleaning with a fixed partner in the region. The guest pays for it.
Who pays for repairs?
Repairs up to CHF 1,000 are paid from your apartment’s repair reserve and shown on the statement. Above that we ask you. The work is done by Capricorn Viva or a suitable specialist.
How do I get my money?
Automatically to your bank account. In the owner app you can see bookings, income and payouts at any time.
Do you take care of the tourist tax?
Yes, we record and settle the guest taxes.
