We answer the guests before, during and after their stay. After every guest we organise the cleaning and the linen. If something breaks, we fix repairs up to CHF 1,000 from the repair reserve without calling you. Bigger jobs are only done with your approval.

In the owner app you see bookings, income and payouts. Every month there is a short statement. Your money arrives automatically in your bank account.
