Organising is included in our fee. Repairs up to CHF 1,000 are paid from your apartment’s repair reserve and shown on the statement. The reserve is topped up from the next payout. Bigger jobs we discuss with you beforehand.
Dealing with damage transparently.
We record every damage with a photo and the date. If a guest caused the damage, we sort it out with them. In the statement you see what was done and what it cost.
