The apartment is the unit of account.
We calculate per apartment that can be booked on its own. If you have several apartments, you see each one separately and all of them together.
The standard is full service.
We do everything: letting, guests, cleaning and organising repairs. You see your payout and the statement. What we do and what stays with you, for example bigger decisions, is written in the contract.
The cooperation should develop.
At the beginning we discuss a lot. Later only a few arrangements are needed. If something changes, for example a renovation, we adjust the cooperation.
