Weighing up the season.
In high season every week brings in a lot of money. If you come yourself then, you earn less. That is your decision. We only show you what the days are worth.
Own stays without a letting commission.
For your own stays you pay us nothing. We organise the cleaning afterwards like for a guest, if you wish.
An example.
After your own stays and the maintenance days, for example 300 nights remain for letting. If 180 of them are booked, that is 60% of the free nights. How many beds are occupied is a different figure. That way you compare your goals correctly.
