The cleaner receives the date automatically. After cleaning she reports: done. Only then is the home free for the next guest. Check-out by 11 am, check-in from 3 pm.
The guest pays for the changeover.
The cleaning is listed in the advert as a separate item. The guest pays for it. It is not part of the basis for our fee. For a home with four beds we reckon, for example, with CHF 150 per changeover, linen included. We fix the price for your property before the start.
One fixed partner on site.
We work with a fixed cleaning partner in the region. Before the start we brief them on your apartment and inspect the first cleaning together. That is part of the setup.
