Guests notice straight away whether the bed is good and the shower warm. That counts more than any decoration. So we advise: first mattresses, light and kitchen, then the rest.

Our photos show the property as it is. Guests then know what to expect. That means fewer complaints and better reviews.

When we suggest an improvement, we say what it costs and what it brings. You decide. We do nothing without your approval.
